I was studying English literature for a PhD until I realized that I was becoming more interested in cooking “real” food. In 2015, I left university and started cooking at home, learning from books and websites.
I spent my childhood in New York. I studied at University of Edinburgh as an exchange student. Both in US and UK, there was always one or two organic food shops near I lived and people talked about how to make healthier choices. Living aboard was a good opportunity for me to learn about organic food and the concept of clean eating.
I am still learning to cook better and trying to be mindful of what I eat. I enjoy what I do now and I am happy to share my recipes with you.
